Chef Jesse Roque calls her signature culinary style "Low Mex" because of her inventive blend of Low Country South Carolina dishes with Mexican traditions. The Shrimp and Grits will make you want to find Bobby Flay immediately to schedule a throw down and her Spicy Goobers will have you rethinking your stance on boiled peanuts! Oh, and the drinks...there's an entire menu dedicated just to those special concoctions.
Chef Jesse changes her menu seasonally and makes sure to source local whenever she can. You'll find farm fresh heirloom tomatoes all summer long and winter root vegetables to get you through the winter.
Did we mention that she was a trained Pastry Chef? Yep; she is and you'll thank her for it later. Order the brownie. You won't regret it!
